111Hi Everyone,
I am encountering the following error when attempting to post a sales order packing slip with the dual write setup enabled.
Error message: Unable to write data to entity salesorders.Writes to SalesOrderHeaderCDSEntity failed with error message The write operation to entity SalesOrderHeaderCDSEntity failed because the transaction processing time exceeded the Dataverse timeout limit.
Initial Analysis:
1) I am able to post the sales order packing slip when there are 1 or 2 sales lines.
2) The issue occurs when there are more than 20 sales lines.
3) I captured a trace for orders with over 20 lines, which took 6.30 minutes to run. One statement alone executed for more than 6 minutes and displayed the error message mentioned above.
4) Based on the trace, I believe the issue is coming from the CE side and not on F&O.
I would like to know if anyone has experienced a similar issue. Are these issues related to my CE? If so, what should I check? I couldn’t find any logs in PPAC.
Could someone suggest or share relevant references?
