Unable to create Provision Vendor user

For a vendor, I am trying to add a Provision Vendor User for an external user.  The workflow completes vendor collaboration request process and later when external userId has to be automatically created in MS Entra, workflow process fails showing Tracking Type as Fault but without giving any error message
