Budget funds available

We have budget control configuration active in one of our clients.

In one particular dimension of specific department, we have 2 budget register entries. 1 in Feb for 500000 and another in March for 300000 total amount is 800K.

Now client has raised PO for 650000 and available budget is 150000.

There is one PO for 200000 was finalized and cancelled. no GRN invoice was done in this PO. In the budget control statistics this is reflected as one positive and one negative line in encumbrances tab. And budget funds available shows 350000. (150000+200000)

User has created a new PO for 200000 and system is throwing an error budget funds not available (short by 50000). the budget for cancelled PO has not been reflected in budget funds available.

we have run the budget data maintenance batch to clear this. However, system is not allowing user to proceed further.

Anyone can assist in this matter.

Can you please share screenshot of budget control statistics for the relevant GL & Dimension (hide sensitive information)?

How much budget funds availability is showing here?
