Issue with Dataverse Environment while Adding Channel in MS Dynamics

I am encountering issues while setting up MS Dynamics. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the problem:

  1. Error during Channel Addition:
When attempting to add a channel, I received an message (refer to Image 1).

  2. Dataverse Environment Disabled:
Upon navigating to the Omnichannel for Customer Service app within the Resources section, I noticed that the Dataverse environment was marked as "Disabled."

  3. Environment Status Shows 'Ready':
I further checked the Customer Service Trial environment (which is currently being used), and its state is showing as "Ready."

  4. Unable to Enable Dataverse Environment:
I attempted to locate any settings or options that might allow me to enable the disabled Dataverse environment, but I was unable to find a solution.

Request for Assistance:
I would like assistance in understanding why the Dataverse environment is marked as "Disabled" even though the environment state is "Ready." Additionally, guidance on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
