Hi,

I am getting below error while running the CMS to HQ omnichannel media sync batch job. I have setup the site builder endpoint and the CMS tenant code and end point in the commerce parameters setup from the tenant information available in site builder.

Please let me know the reason for this error.

I faced the exact same issue by running this in interactive mode initially, after running this as a batch job, the issue got resolved for me.

I tried running the same as a batch job with recurrence but still getting the same error. Below is the sequence of steps I have followed:

Enabled the omnichannel media authoring UX feature in feature management.

Run the 1110 batch job (Global configuration).

Setup the CMS and site builder endpoints, URL and tenant in the omnichannel media management setup in commerce parameters.

Assigned the required media image on the product (92078 item id) and published the same.

Run the CMS to HQ batch job in recurrence where i am getting the error.

I have seen this error, if you have more than 25.000 pictures/products. See https://fix.eu.lcs.dynamics.com/Issue/Details/7468?kb=0&bugId=1026343
