Could you please run full sync 1090 and 1110?
In case you already did that, can you please confirm that your CDX download sessions are as "applied" and not as "available"?
Something might be wrong with the CDX and the data is not successfully downloaded to the channel database, this could also means that the issue could be related with a missing CDX components like Could Async client. Please create a support ticket for further investigation.
