Hi Expert,

I am working in the billing schedule (Subscription billing module) and having issue to find out the all billing schedule which were all invoiced. All billing schedule form says Active status although it was completely invoiced. 

Apart from that, which are the ideal report to check the pending billing lines or billing schedule. 

  • Billing details lines show the all pending lines to be invoiced under the Enquiries and Report 
  • Also, under Periodic task, we have generate invoice option to see the pending lines and generate the invoice from there.

 Is there any other report to check the pending billing schedule?

    Hi @Dolly Chauhan ,

     

    Based on your requirement, this can be addressed through the Billing Detail Lines inquiry and report.

    You can apply the appropriate filters to identify the pending billing lines. The resulting report will provide the Billing Schedule Number along with the pending billing invoice lines for each billing schedule that currently has an Active status.

    This should allow you to identify which active billing schedules still have billing lines pending for invoicing.
