Sequence Stats not showing information

Hello!
 
I have users reporting that their sequences are not showing any stats or reporting of any kind. When I go in, I see that a lot of the sequences have blank stats. These sequences have multiple attached records, and are in various stages of the sequence, but are not showing any stats, or reporting. All my sequence users have "sequence manager" permissions, and I as the admin have enabled stats (and it has been enabled for over a year) Any ideas on why we're getting no reporting?

    Good morning,

    Viewing the documentation here, it's reads to me that users need both the sales manager and sequence manager roles in order to view reporting: View and understand sales acceleration reporting | Microsoft Learn

    Another thing to check would be that reporting is enabled.

    I have verified that reporting is enabled, and my users have the correct permission sets. I have admin set, including all permission sets, and I see blanks as shown in the screenshot I took. That leads me to believe it's not a permission issue, but that the stats are not populating at all.
