Since April 30, 2026, event registrations have stopped working correctly. We are currently unable to identify the root cause of the issue.
What we can see:
- Registration records are successfully created in the
msevtmgt_eventregistrationtickettable. - However, they are no longer propagated into the
msevtmgt_eventregistrationtable as they were before. - As a result, the registration process remains incomplete and users are not properly registered for the webinar.
The issue started suddenly on April 30 and has been consistently occurring since then.
We are not aware of any configuration changes, deployments, customization updates, or environment modifications that could have caused this behavior.
Have you seen similar behavior recently?
