i have a first screen contain field DDL(department name ) based on choice of department can go to sequence screens with diffrenent values in some fields depend of selected department , how i can do that in canvas app sharepoint form customize?

How do I navigate to another screen based on the dropdown item in Powerapps canvas app?

You can add a Dropdown control to your first screen.
Populate the Dropdown with department names. You can do this either manually or by connecting to a data source.

Next use the OnSelect property:

If(
Dropdown1.Selected.Value = "HR",
Navigate(HRScreen),
Dropdown1.Selected.Value = "Finance",
Navigate(FinanceScreen),
Dropdown1.Selected.Value = "IT",
Navigate(ITScreen)
)
