The lists used to work but now, regardless of the maximum number of rows set, it is only returning 95 rows. This is all smartlists. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

The users have verified that running it in the background without actually making a connection resolved both issues.

We got Function Sequence errors in the Dexsql.log and another user is having issues entering dates in Smart lists. They come out a 00/00/0000 regardless of what she puts (this is on a different workstation). Even without a date filter, the list limits itself. With no restrictions at all the list will run as many rows as it needs to. We confirmed that the language settings and Language is US English and the short date format is M/d/yyyy (would that be correct?). Thanks!
