Where do you turn on the feature for case field colors

Hi all

Could anyone advise where i switch on the color feature in D365 Dataverse for a case.

I can see it in out test system but our product has no field highlighted with color. I am assuming it is found in setting/Behavior but can not pin point it.

It must have been switched off in our production.

Any help appreciated.

Hello User,

You can achieve by using power apps grid control for the view. Then select enable option set colours properly.

Enable colours for an option set in views.
