Date Format is en-US despite setting all settings to en-AU and the language code to the correct code for en-AU this is a CDS Date Field set to Date Only
The Preview is broken and not working at the moment so no screen shot of the control but the date Picker when selecting a date shows a US date Format this is then breaking the Flow (Power Automate) as the Date is not right when submitted. This interface is also not upto par with the Power Apps Canvas Equivalent... Yet we are forced to use it or license every employee for a simple form. Licensing could be simpler.

In Microsoft Dynamics 365, the date for Portals is in a USA format by default.
You can set date format as following steps.
1.Go Portal Management App > Site Settings tab.
2.Browse through the Site Setting records to check if you can find a record with "DateTime/DateFormat" in the Name field.
if record found, you need open the record and edit the Value field to the desired date format string dd/MM/yyyy
If not find, you need create new record.
3.Save and refresh portal.
Note: if my date format is not correct for Au, you can set correct format with same steps.
