Cannot initialise Sustainability Manager trial

I followed Microsoft's instructions to start a new Microsoft Sustainability Manager trial using this website https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sustainability/microsoft-sustainability-manager?tsapp=sustainability However, after clicking the 'Start your trial' button, nothing happens. I have tried different browsers and used incognito mode, but the issue persists. Could this be a temporary problem? What might be causing this?

    Hi,
     
    I checked the site on my end and do see the same issue as you described. There is an alternative. You or a global administrator can go to the Microsoft 365 admin portal (admin.microsoft.com) and then go to the option to purchase services. There is a free trial available for the Sustainability Manager.

    Although I shared a workaround, I would like to share another observation as Ivan mentioned it works for him. I'm using multiple profiles with Edge. In two profiles, it is not working. In two other profiles, the form to provide an email is popping up. So, the issue might be related to some browser caching issues.
