Hello all,

How do I activate a form that I have deactivated?
It does not even appear in the list of forms

You could select the In Active Form view see the inactive ones

Hi,

Please go to settings-->cusotmization-->customize the system.

Open the entity and go to forms

then change the view to inactive forms.
