    Hi Vipul Behl,

Please try to increase your rounding threshold in the GL parameters.

The error message shows a lot of decimal places for amount shown in DKK. Do you know if some modifications to the number formats have been made?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

Thanks for your reply but there hasn't been any changes in her number format lately.

Also increasing the ledger rounding threshold t 581 DKK would be too much right ?

    Hi,

    Can you check General ledger/Setup/Currency/Currencies.

Search for DKK and ensure that the rounding rules are >0.00

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

Even if the rounding rules is 0.01 the currency penny rounding threshold is just 10 as opposed to 581. I can't change this as it is prod env

    Hi Vipul Behl,

Thanks for the response. If you already setup a penny rounding threshold and if everything else Looks ok, then please take a look at LCS. I noticed that some hotfixes have been released that might fix your problem. Here is what I searched for and found (fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Results;v=16_15_7_5_4_3_1&i=2_1_3_4&ct=1_3_5_4_2_6&ft=1_2_3&cu=&pi=&pm=&pc=&rd=&d=&envId=&permission=&x=0&y=0)

Double check this information with a developer to assess whether those hotfixes will resolve the issue.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

Will increasing the currency penny rounding threshold to 581 solve the issue ?

    Thanks

    Vipul

    Hi Vipul,

Most probably it will resolve the issue but it can be only an emergency one-time workaround and thereafter I would reset the rounding to 0.01

Also note that there is no guarantee that you will run into a similar issue in one, two... month time. So the best thing is probably getting some technical guys involved who can either help you with a hotfix or with debugging the issue.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
