Does Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Mobile App support offline?

Hello, I have a question, How can I use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Mobile App offline? and if there is a case of offline mode but 2 users edit the same item when the program is online How will the information be handled?

    Hi, as far as I know, Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets app and Power Apps Mobile can be used offline. But Business Central Mobile App doesn't work. So this is not supported in standard.
