Hi All,

I am trying to login into Visual studio in D365FO DEV server but getting the error below,

Tried running the VS as administrator as well. Please advice how we can resolve this issue.

Error message:

"We could not refresh the credentials for the account AADSTS70082:the refresh token has expired due to inactivity. the token was issued on *** and inactive for 90 days in DEV server"

Hi @Akbar Pasha,

Try this :

Close down Visual Studio

Go to "C:\Users\*******\AppData\Local\.IdentityService"

Rename "IdentityServiceAdalCache.cache" as "_IdentityServiceAdalCache.cache"

Restart VS and log in.
