Configure accounts and profiles in Dynamics AX 2012 R3 for first time execution

I've installed Dynamics AX 2012 R3, set up everything but stuck with configuring accounts and profiles for the users. See screenshot below and pass your guidance as I'm newer in Dynamics AX.

    These things go in a sequence.

    can you see a yellow warning icon on "Configure Data"..?

    you have to complete upper node first, before thinking of moving to next node. Please complete the tasks under yellow waning icon of tree, as first step here.

    PS: it is not must to use this menu to initialize the role centre profiles. you can directly assign and unitize those with installation of EP
