Cannot initialize AX for retail on new setup without contoso data: Null Exception

We are trying to initialize our AX 2012 R3 CU12 system for retail.  This system doesn't have contoso data loaded like the other one I was working on.  When ever we try to initialize it we get this error:

0246.Capture01.JPG

We enabled all the same parts in of AX (including retail) as the one I initialized earlier.  Here is the list:

   - Bank
   - Cost Accounting
   - Currency
   - Fixed Assets
   - General Ledger
   - General Ledger - Advanced
   - General Ledger - Advanced II
   - Payroll
   - Procurement I
   - Procurement II
   - Project I
   - Project II
   - Project III
   - Public Sector
   - Retail
   - Sales and Marketing
   - Service Management
   - Trade
   - Trade Agreements

Anyone have any suggestion on what we might be doing wrong?  It keeps mentioning Primary Keys and the such.  If anyone has any suggestions on how to get by this error and get the system to synchronize and initalize that would be great.

Thanks in advance,

Ryan

Thank you Nuno Maia but this does not help me.  Before we tried to initialize be DID NOT have "Retail" in the trade agreements drop downs.  My coworker had to create a blank default entry for this part.  Keep in mind we are NOT using contoso data.

I already initialized Retail functionality in companies without Contoso data without any issues. If you already synchronized database, please can you trace sql server to check what sql query is failing ?

We ended up running the debugger and letting it sit over night and was able to work.  In the future, this thread has the answer:
