Is it Possible to use groupby in ODATA. Could someone help please?

Do you want to get grouped / summarized data out of D365FO or why is that needed?

In GL transaction I get same account with multiple entries. If I can use group by then I can summarize the data per account.

Hi Silvester,

Entities (and oData read operation as well) don't support group by option.

A couple of options could be

1. Group received data in a middleware

2. Create new entity based on the view and you can define grouping on view level, but it will be static grouping.
