Event Registration & Check In

Hello Community,
The issue that I am facing are the following:
1) I am facing issue where in when I send an email for registeration for the attendee then they are not able to view the button. I was initally able to view the button but later was not able to view in the email. 
2) Once even the attendee register then the attendance part is not synced. What I am trying to say is that the where is the option sent to the attendee for yes/no?
 
Kindly looking forward for the help. Need it on a urgent response.

    I tried to design a button as shown below and everything works fine.
    Clicking the button will take you to the normal registration page.
    Perhaps your marketing emails are partially blocked by mailbox's security measures, so the button is not visible.
    Once registered, the list of registrants is visible at the event:
