PowerMailChimp 'Sync' Now button is missing for some users

Hi all,

When moving unit UI I've found that some users are not able to see the Sync Now button for PowerMailChimp on the Marketing List record.  They can see the button in the classic, but not in UI.  However as an admin, I am able to see the button in both UI and classic screens.

The user in question has a PowerMailChimp User security role, so should be able to see the button.  Has anyone else come across this?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Tarjani,

You could check whether the button is also configured with security role in UCI.

But I would suggest you contact to MailChimp, ask them whether they have provided the latest solution to be compatible with UCI.

    Regards,

    Hello,

I would suggest you have a look at the ribbon troubleshooting guide. It's a simple step by step article that goes into detail how to resolve common problems with buttons, such as a button being hidden.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi all,

Much appreciated for the replies on here.  I have downloaded the latest ribbon workbench solution to work with, and also downloaded a new solution for PowerMailChimp.

The PMC solution got the sync now button to work, however the troubleshooting guide for ribbon workbench is a great help as I"m still learning hot to manage buttons, so it was on the fly prior to the guide.

    Thanks!
