D365 Customer Insight

Hi Experts,
 
we are planning to shift to D365 Customer Insight from leadsquared .. but there is one confusion in leadsquared there is option of social media posting, and in D365 C.I outbound marketing is not available so no social media posting can u guide how can i manage social media posting in D365

    I checked the official Microsoft Dynamics documentation, and it looks like you can't directly post to social media from journeys in the new real-time version. They also don't have plans to add this feature anytime soon.

    Here's what you can do:

    Workaround: Use Power Automate


    • You can connect Dynamics 365 to social media using Power Automate. This might require some technical knowledge of Power Automate and the social media platform you want to connect to.

    • If you're new to this, it might take some learning, but it's not super difficult if you're familiar with development.
