ATP time fence is 120

Issue margin is 1

Why does system say lead time 122?

If I set Issue margin to 0 - lead time becomes  121.  Does the system add one day to the ATP time fence when calculating lead time on above form?  Or am I missing something?

    If you futures time in MP parameters is before 12:39 it would add a day.
