I'm currently exploring Dynamics 365 solutions for a Security Firm. The key requirements include work order creation, dispatching officers, mobile functionality (including offline work), real-time tracking, customizable security forms, and comprehensive reporting through Power BI.
 
Could you help advise whether Dynamics 365 Field Service or Dynamics 365 Customer Service would be better suited for these needs?

    All functionalities should be available in both Field Service and Customer service, except for the real-time tracking.
    Location tracking is a specific functionality which is available OOTB in D365 Field Service (mobile app).

    Customer service is more a ticketing tool, where Field Service is the option for dispatching work to field agents.
