trying to add clickable/toggleable icons to a quick create bar

Hi I am new to CRM 2016 

here is my problem 

a quick create form

where you can select on=blue or off=grey (default) in the campus plan

the form looks like this

the web resources are there for the missing icons

what i need to know is how to make those icons show up and for them to be toggleable on that form

    Hi - You cannot include webresources on the quick create form - so you will need to disable quick create and use the full form for new records.

    Hope this helps

    ok just to clarify this is what the form looks like and the icons were to have gone where the yellow hi-lighter are

    is there any other way to get this functionality without creating a new form just modifying the exiting one?

    we are hoping to not stray to far from the vendors shrink rap solution

    As far as I know there is no way of getting this functionality in a quick create form at this time.
