Hello,

I am having exactly the same issue as the one mentionned here: https://community.dynamics.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=5dd45720-1d0d-40db-b17e-aff00fc51ad4.

When trying to execute retail reports such as the "top customers report", I cannot select any channel nor hierarchy. The setup looks find after check.

I can see it has not been solved in the forum, has someone found a solution to this error ?

It seems the organization hierarchy was not set up. Ensure you create an organization hierarchy with the appropriate purpose i.e. 'Retail Reporting', and also include the retail and online channels. Once published, you should see these channels appearing when generating reports.
