Hi community,
on production system of our customer some of the standard commerce reports, i.e. "category sales report" are not working. If i try to generate a report first i need to select a channel. The drop down to select a channel is empty and shows the message "We didn't find anything to show here.". Is there any config where it is possible to disable the hierarchies for retail reports?
I checked the oranizational hierachies and the purposes everything looks fine there.
Did anyone have this issue and can help ?
