unable to edit invoice discount%

Hi experts,
 
When a customer is set up with an invoice discount, say 3%, nav will automatically show the discount on a sales order/invoice. However, this field is not editable and I'm wondering if anyone has a way to edit it.

    Are there any customizations in your environment? The standard environment is allowed to modify this field.
