Can I restrict users to certain records?

The goal: Have a means to allow certainusers(role based etc) able to see a subset of records on a form.

Example: users in the "MyWarehouse" role, only see Warehouses that are named "EastCoastWarehouse"

I'm able to create a view, and publiswh it & set it as the default view for a role, but the user can then simply remove the

filter & see all warehouses...

Is there a way using UI, to accomplish this?
