Hi Team,

I’ve created a custom AI model on AI Hub to extract information from invoices. In this model, I defined three custom fields, other i choose default field and tag field in document

Now, I’m trying to use this model in the Document Automation Application. After completing all necessary configurations, I attempted to upload documents through Outlook. However, in the field mapping section of Document Automation, I can only see the custom fields I created—none of the default (standard) fields are visible or selectable.

I need all fields—both custom and default—to be available for mapping in the Document Automation Application. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this?

It is very hard to understand your question. Can you please provide more details and clarify what exact product you are referring to?

Please provide more information about what you have exactly done so far and if you are using sales order invoices, free-text invoices, vendor invoices, or project invoices?

What exactly do you mean by Document Automation Application?

In the tags you mention Finance, PSA, IOM, Dynamics AX and Project Operations. Dynamics AX is all previous versions and not Dynamics 365 F&O. Can you update the list to have the relevant tags only?
