Best marketing automation for Microsoft CRM 2011

Hello, we are looking at adding some marketing automation system to our Ms CRM 2011. Can anyone give me references, comments (good or bad) about marketing automation you have used or are using right now. I have started my researches and have already a few contenders in mind, but would really like to hear about real life stories, not just vendor sales pitchs! Thanks in advance!

    www.clickdimension.com is my preferred choice. They are integrated closer to CRM than all other Marketing Automation systems, which means that it adds more value that any other system out there.

    Have you looked at Act-ON Software (http://act-on.com/)  ... we have recently done an integration with MS Dynamics CRM Online 2011 and have loved the product.    

    The Customer Service is fantastic for both the responsiveness and the ability to resolve issues.    The actual email tool is really easy to use, with the forms, landing pages and email metrics.   I'm really impressed and glad we selected them.   We have over 100 diferent sales reps deploying emails and I can set up one email and it will deploy from each of them to their prospects not a generic account but from their email account and I don't have to set up them individually either.  The dynamics content feature works well too.  The alerts (just starting to experiment with them) has been great so far too.

    We are having an on-premise version of CRM. Can we still integrate. I just went to their website and they are referring to Salesforce but not Ms CRM.

    If I remember correctly, on-premise was no problem for Act-On Software, we were their first CRM Online integration and it went really smooth.  Some smart people at Act-On!   Reach out to my contact at Act-On - Jonathan Evan - 916-757-6950 or jonathan.evans@actonsoftware.com.
