You can have a full picture of your Stocks via Inventory Valuation Report. With this report you will be able to extract information with different filters:
-Starting and Ending Date
-Range of Items or all
-For specific Inventory Posting Group or All
This report is based on Data achieve at Table 5802 Value Entry, which allow you to know the real value of your Inventory (increases and decreases) during a period of time.
Beside Table 5802 you can also check Item Entries at table 32 , however in this table you have less information regarding Inventory Valuation.
