Save the last values of unbound DS form controls

Hello,
I have a simple list grid form and I have some form controls (which are unbound to any DS).
The grid is refresh upon changing the values of the form controls.
I would like to know if it is possible to save the values of the form controls in the cache for the user.
The next time the latter will open the form, the previously used values of the unbound form controls should appear.
How can this be implemented?

    It's possible. For example, look at InventOnhandItem form. It implements SysSaveable interface, therefore it has methods like lastValueElementName(). That defines how the data is stored in SysLastValue. What is actually saved (and how it's loaded) is managed by pack() and unpack().
     
    Values are saved in close() (xSysLastValue::saveLast()) and loaded in run() (xSysLastValue::getLast()).
