Lead to Order Process Switching uncontrollably

Hi Community,

I've encountered a strange issue with our Lead to Order Business Process Flow (BPF).

Here's the scenario:

  • Users start with a Lead.
  • Everything works as expected when using the BPF when qualifying the Lead as an Admin user. The BPF continues smoothly through the Lead to Order stages.
  • However, for non-Admin users, qualifying the Lead triggers an unexpected switch to the Opportunity to Order BPF which creates confusion.
I've already tried to clone the rights for users using the Sales Manager right & update the priviledge but haven't fix the issue yet.

Any insights or suggestions on how to fix this unexpected BPF switch would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

Does the user have full access to the Lead to Order Process entity in his assigned Sales Manager security role?
In my testing, after qualifying the lead, the user with the security role Sales Manager enters the Business Opportunity entity and the BPF is still Lead to Order Process.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li

    Thanks for the tip,
After figuring out for a while i found out that when switching from Lead to Opportunity, users require the Read Priviledge to the workflow entity to continue using the Lead to Order BPF.
