I have a customer that uses Sage CRM and ERP. They are planning to move to Dynamics CRM Online and they have the below queries:
- Inter Sales Rep - like a chatbox for internal salespeople to work on leads/opportunities (I believe here we can use Teams collaboration to solve this one right?)
- They want a detailed understanding of how it works when working on multiple sales territories on D365 Sales Hub.
- Will be it possible to integrate SAGE ERP (Customers data) and move it right away to CRM? Should that be done through dataflows? What is the backend database of SAGE ERP/CRM?
I would greatly appreciate your responses to the above queries.

1.You can start Teams chat conversations from within Sales Hub and connect them to records.

3. A dataflow gets data from different data sources (more than 80 data sources are supported already).
But not sure that SAGE ERP/CRM into it, maybe you can export data and put them into excel, then you can use dataflows.
