Hi Team,

Facing the issue as below

he OpenPGP control add in might
not run as you expect it to the functionality has been reduced to ensure
your productivity. contact the add in
vendor for more information

any idea how to fix it or required to fix in Environment?

Other add-ins or plugins might be interfering with the OpenPGP add-in. Try disabling other add-ins temporarily to see if the issue persists.

I don't believe this is standard functionality in Business Central
