Advanced Find - Only Active Related Records

Good Afternoon,

So i have a view which i want to only show records of current entity where there are no current Active records in a related entity.

from what i can see it is only possible to select if a related entity contains data or does not contain but this doesn't allow you to filter if there are no active records.

I hope this makes sense but if there is anything i can give to assist please let me know

Can you specify exactly the sort of records you are looking for or an equivalent example?

Would I be correct in thinking a similar example would be an account without any active tasks?

Yeah that is a similar example.

The actual example is that we have a custom entity (a car) with a related entity (service entity) so i want all records where there is not an open service record (there could be inactive records or no records)

Hi SovereignAutos,

You could use rollup field to get the count of active service records. Then filter this field. Please try this:

Step 1: Create a rollup field in the Car 0512 entity.

Step 2: Set the Advanced Find.
