Is there a way to have /tax liable/ turned on by default when creating a new customer? We create a lot of new customers regularly and occasionally someone will forget to toggle it on. I think it used to just be on by default for us but I'm not sure what happened.
I tried creating a flow in Power Automate to turn it on whenever a customer is created, but by the time the flow runs, usually whoever is creating the customer card has pretty much finished filling out the info and then they'll need to restart because the page needs to be refreshed after the flow completes.
Anyone know of a way so the tax liable toggle is automatically set to on when a new customer is created?
You can setup and use customer templates. Every new customer created will be based off of the template. Even if you have only 1 template it will work. In the template you can set tax liable = true. The other option is to create a simple customization that makes it =true on all new customer cards.
