Hi,
I just had a Dynamics Learning Portal question that I need some clarification on.
The answer for the questions below is Dynamics CRM for Outlook, yet I selected Server-Side Synchronisation. I thought CRM Online and Exchange On-Prem could be configured for Server-Side Sync?
An administrator needs to configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to send and receive emails but does not want to install the Email Router. The organisation uses Exchange Server 2010 On-premise. What should the administrator do?

I have the same question (0)Hi JDM
Just so you are aware Exchange Server 2010 requires 'SP3' to support CRM 2016 with Hybrid Server Side Synchronization, exchange 2010 alone will not suffice without SP3
