Hi All,

I want sync the time duration of teams phone call with duration field of phone call entity record.

Scenario:

When a user came to Account record and click on phone call ICON then CRM give us a popup to make a phone call.

Then user select team application to make phone call and after phone call end we need to capture duration in CRM phone call entity.

Thanks,
Pradeep.

    Hi Pradeep Rai

I think that the teams call session has no awareness (or context) where it was created from. So it will be hard to connect the two together.

You might be able to do need things with the new “conversation insights” feature. As it completely analyses the content of the team call, it must be able to tell how long the duration was.
