Notes added to accounts

Hello, I add notes to accounts, when extracting the ATB for all my customers is there a box which I can tick to show the comments for each invoice that has one.

    You need to add this mapping (i.e. either from specific field from customer transactions or via attachments > Notes) via customization on your report.

    Nothing specific comes to mind for me… This is something I would likely develop a report for, though as a developer by trade, I may be a bit biased.

    Each note is added at the invoice level; is there a report I can see the notes which shows the comment for any invoices that I have added a note to.

    What to you mean by extracting the ATB? Is it the account statements or account total balance?
    If printing account statements then no, you won't be able to show the external notes from the invoice

    Moved from D365 general forum to D365 Finance forum.
     
    D365 consists of many different products, such as former Dynamics CRM or Navision. If you have questions about Finance and Operation, you should ask in F&O forums, not in forums about other products or the forum about D365 in general.
     
    Main F&O forums are the Finance forum (= this one) and the Supply Chain Management forum. I recommend using the Finance one in your case.

    Hello Martin, I am new to this forum so if you an redirect to the correct way of posting it will be highly appreciated, so I work in credit, I am a credit manager for the company I work for, and most of the time I will have a question about account receivables or credit and collection as per below where do I need to post please? and thanks in advance.

    Which D365 app are you using? This forum is about D365 in general, while your question seems to be about a particular product.
     
    Your previous threads were about Finance and Operations, therefore didn't you want to post this question in the Finance forum instead of thge D365 general forum?
