Does anyone know if there was ready API from D365 FinOps for Loyalty program so able to consume by 3rd party system to register customer/member, earn point, redeem point etc?

I don't think there is, but you could investigate using the data entity odata endpoints

Seconding Paul on this. There is no API in FinOps. You could use Odata for smaller datasets and data management entities for bulk import.

If you want your third-party app to do this in real-time, the recommended way is to use Commerce Scale Unit APIs. APIs are available for all operations you have requested.
