Dear Experts,

I am having an odd issue today.

We went live in China and for one legal entity for an user creating PO workflow and getting the error message "Stopped (error): X++ Exception: No message was sent. Language en-US was not found."

However, when I am testing with PO, working fine.

When the same user creates PO with another LE China, working fine.

Apparently this seems some issue with that LE particularly.

Note- we have workflow LE wise

What might be the issue?

User setup?

Hi Ramit,

Does the workflow work fine in the same LE with you user Id?

yes, it works with my ID,

I tried few things

1: I exported the workflow from the LE where it is working for that user, and imported the same into the LE where the issue is for him, no luck.

2: I gave him sys admin access, no luck

Still the issue is there.

Hi Ramit,

Do you have the "Send notifications in e-mail" turned on for the user (in the user options > Workflow)?

This is great, not sure why this shared thread was not verified.

I can confirm this helped as my email template was missing.

Org admin-setup- org email templates.
