How to Reset My Dynamics Dashboard

I use to have the Microsoft Dynamics main page at the top and sub menus beneath. Now everything shifted to the left Nav Bar. I looked online and it says to go to Settings/ Preferences to restore the default settings for the main page but I don't see an option. Any ideas?

Hello,

It looks like a mobile version of Dynamics CRM. Check following post - community.dynamics.com/.../mac-os-safari-opening-in-mobile-view

I am using a MAC book and running ChromeVersion 79.0.3945.130. When I shifted to main.aspx as suggested I got the following screen below -which still does not give me a setting/ preference option to switch back to the dynamic default dashboard view.

Not a mac expert but it looks for me like a browser issue. Have you tried to use different browser?

You are correct, it is a browser issue. Just tried Safari and it showed correctly. Now to figure out what I need to change in Chrome

Unfortunately I'm out of ideas. Try to install latest version of Chrome.
