Schedule maintenance plans > problem with scheduling work order

I have got the following maintenance plan:
 
 
When I try to run the "schedule maintenance plans" job with the according maintenance plan then I get the following error message:
 
 
I am running the job like this:
 
 
Does anyone know what the cause might be? Any setup missing?

    Based on the error description, please check the actual start and end dates of the work orders associated with the maintenance plan.

    Thank you Hana for your input.
     
    You were right, the setup in the work order lifecycle state was not correct for the automatic scheduling of maintenance plans.
     
    The two checkboxes for setting actual start and end date should be set to no, because system should set them when work orders should be created automatically:
     
     
     
    We had them set to Yes, that's why the dates were conflicting. Now after setup change it is working.
