Bank Deposit Report #1690 not showing applications to invoice information

I am having issues with the Bank Deposit Report not showing the applications to invoice information. It seems that the issue started around July 1, 2024. Using stock Report 1690. Older Bank Deposit reports successfully show the application to invoice information. Running Version 24.20227.20460.

Do you have Show Applications selected when you print the report?

Hi, I haven't heard of any updates to this feature recently. This feature was merged into the W1 version from BC20.

If this is a standard error (no customization), it is recommended that you submit a SR to Microsoft. Or you can try 1691.

Thank you for the comments. I have confirmed that the "Show Applications" switch is turned on. I have confirmed that the Bank Deposit is applied to an invoice. The test report 1691 does show the applications. After posting deposit, the Report 1690 does not show the applications (with "Show Application" switch turned on).

Your "Show Applications" switch is on, and the Bank Deposit is applied. If Report 1690 still doesn't show applications after posting, check the report’s filters.

Thanks for suggestion. The report filters are clear other than Deposit No and Bank Account No which I have confirmed to be correct. The issue started approximately posting date of 7/1/2024. When I run the Report 1690 for Deposits posted prior 7/1/2024 the applications show perfectly. I say approximate date of 7/1/2024 because we run 2 company's and the issue is not exact. I did note that on 7/1/24 the Production Environment was updated from 24.1.18927.19282 to 24.2.20227.20460. We have since updated to 24.3.21374.21517 but issue still exists. Has anyone else experienced issue with Report 1690 applications showing?

I tested and it works for me. My version is 24.3 (Platform 24.0.22422.0 + Application 24.3.21374.21517).

We just had Update Version 24.4.22295.22393 released to us and it seems this update has fixed the issue with printing Bank Deposit applications on report 1690.
