Error uploading images

Hi there,

One of our key users is experiencing problems when trying to upload images. I have attached a screenshot of the error message below. He has business unit priviledges on the 'image' entity as part of one of his user roles. I as a system admin have no issues. We've tried different images, same error. He was able to upload images just fine in the past and we haven't made any changes to the system

Any ideas?

Hi DriesDB,

Maybe you can check whether that user has Create Read Write Delete privileges on File entity.

Hi,

the user has these rights in his role, furthermore the entitty is labeled as obsolete (see screenshot). It does seem like a rights issue, but we haven't changed anything recently and it did work before.

Any other things we can check?

Some more digging has led to a solution...

apparently the user also needs create read write delete privileges on the 'Keyword' entity. As soon as we added those to the security role, the errormessage disappeared.

Wondering if this was changed because of an update, bc we didn't change anything...

You can notice that you can add keywords records when you upload images:
