I cannot see Bin in Item Ledger Entry. Which table has information for item per bin?

Hello,

The table that contains item availability by bin is Bin Content (7302). You will not find bins in the item ledger. Transactions related to item bins occur in warehouse entries.

Thanks for your help. Looks like that table has calculated filed that uses Warehouse Entry (7312) to calculate those numbers. Is my assumption correct? Also, I do not see any Lot in 7302. is this also available from 7312?

Yes, Lot No. (field no. 6501) is included in the warehouse entry table.

Hi, just add a complaint about Microsoft.
If the customer needs the inventory list containing Locations, Bins.

The developer needs to find the correspondence from Item Ledger Entries and Warehouse Ledger Entries and combine them into one table or report.
But they don't have direct linked, which is very complicated and again a frequently encountered requirement.

If you search for "link between item ledger entry and warehouse entry", you should find a lot of questions.

Even with warehouse entry table you cannot get lot information per BIN if you haven't enabled a button in Item Tracking Card "Enable Warehouse tracking" or something which gets locked after item transactions.

Hello MahGah,

If you want see the Item Bin Content for a single item, you can check on Item List page as shown in below image.

And if you need to check all Bin Content availability of all Items at once, you can go to Warehouse Entries as shown below image. Its Page id is 7318 and Table ID is - 7312

You can also check that data on Bin Contents as shown in below image. Its Page id is 7374 and Table ID is - 7302
